Atychiphobia

Im feeling hopeless
I'm feeling useless
Everything is crumbling down
When it should be building up
The fear of even starting
Is making me cry

Im not good at it I know
But who is going to tell that to them
The stakes are high
The hopes on me passing the sky
The fear of even starting
Is making me cry

I don't want to fail
I don't want to fall
Not again not one more call
I can't figure things out
When they say practice
I think how much more than what I do
Much more much more he says

Time is running out
Fear is crawling in
Days are getting shorter
Nights are getting longer
Sleep is consuming me to hide the need to see
That I'm failing
I'm falling
This is not me

The battle is not over
Till I say it is
So I maybe failing
I maybe falling
But it's not the end.

I maybe broken
I maybe dying
From within
But a smile on my face
And the courage in my heart
Is all I need
To not fail
To not fall
Well that is me.

So pick yourself up
And dust the dirt off
You may be failing
You may be falling
But it's not over
Till you say it is.

The feeling
The thoughts
I know
It's scary
it's always worse than the last

But the game is not over my friend
Don't lose hope
Don't give up
Take a break
Distract your mind
The beast within needs time
To rise
To shine
To be defined

Time is less
Work is more
I know
But you are strong
You are brave
You are way more

So rise
So shine
So be defined
But take time off for yourself
Because even the beast within
Needs to respite
From the troubles
The tortures
From the people of this world
