How Beautiful The Night Could Be
Pierre Beneche 1983 (Port au Prince)
How beautiful the night could be
If I was in your arms embracing your love
If I was laying my head on your chest
Listening to your heart beating
and whispering my name.
how beautiful the night could be
If I was caressing your hair,
If I was kissing you lips
If I was there holding you tied.
How beautiful the night could be
If we share this moment like it is our last
If we proclaim the love we share
If we Give ourselves to one another.
Yes I dream of this night
Yes I need this night
Yes this night will be marvelous
And yes this is will be all I need.
I need you tonight
I want you tonight
I'm desperate for you tonight
And tonight this night
Could be a night of impossible possible
So let make this night a night to remember
A night to tell you I'm in love with you
And the night that I promise you to love you forever.
This could not be just a night
This is the night that I wish to remember.
O' how beautiful and amazing the night is.
I love you baby Naomie Viard
About this poem
This poem is dedicated to my sweet loving and future wife Naomie Viard... We are separate from childhood for 22 plus years. And August 10th 2022 we got reunited. But one thing that drive me to write this poem is because we are still far away from each other. She lives in Haiti and I am in the US. So the other night I was thinking about her and how beautiful the night could be if we were together so that where I find my inspiration for this poem,
