I shall rise and wipe my tears,
and one day overcome my fears,
I shall overcome my fears one day.
I shall stoke the embers,
to ignite the fire if I could muster,
I shall stoke the embers one day.
I shall speak out my thoughts ,
that have got buried in the shouts,
I shall speak out my thoughts one day.
I shall satiate the stubborn hunger,
that refuses to listen to any reason,
I shall satiate that hunger one day.
I shall travel to that one place,
where there is no strife but only peace,
I shall travel to that place one day.
I shall find the seer who will unravel,
why we are not born equal,
I shall find that seer one day…
I shall overcome one day
We shall overcome one day…
