Dream Maker

I wake in the mourn, thinking of you.
Whisper your name so soft,
In hopes for you to hear.
Only the lonely silence falls over my ears.
Walk through the house,
Wishing to catch your eye.
Only the materials of the house do I see.
The scent of you fills my head.
Knowing you have been here,
But no one around.
I can feel your presence,
As if you are touching me.
You are nowhere to be found.
Roses on the table and petals on the floor.
Leading me to a hot bath,
I climb in and close my eyes.
There you sit waiting for me, in my dreams.
