One Place Well Known

*Historically there has been,
Just one place well known.
Yet unknown when told to go where it is.*

Excuse me.
I am new here and unfamiliar,
With this beautiful magnificent city.
Is it possible you can give me directions,
To a place close to this city called HELL?
I was told the other day to go there.

'You were told to go to Hell?'

Yes.
Is it North, East, South or West from here?
I was not given directions to make it clear.

'Ummm...
And,
Where are you from?'

I came to visit years ago.
Alone to explore new territories.
And when I saw this fantastic place.
I knew I had to stay.
A week ago I went for a walk,
Through this vibrant and exciting...
Neighborhood.
And right then I knew,
I had made the right decision.

'Oh?
How so?'

As I walked along this tremendous street.
People were leaving this church.
Dressed impeccably.
Carrying their Bibles and wearing,
Diamond encrusted gold crucifixes.
And began to speak to everyone,
With tongues in a language unknown to me.
Then the people,
On the other side of the street...
Began shouting back to them.
Some had hands on their hips too!

'And...
You thought this was some,
Communal ritual?'

I most definitely did.
Especially,
When two of the women...
Began taking off their earrings.
And screaming these things,
I didn't understand.as two men...
With shining bald heads.
Grabbed both women,
Kicking off their shoes.
Brought them back into the church.
Since...
I also perceived this be,
Their preparation for Baptism.

'I see.'

Then I said to the people,
Near the entrance to the church...
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord?
That's when I was told to go to Hell.

'Hypocrites, deceivers and lie tellers.'

I thought the same thing,
About the people across the street.
Speaking in false to fake tongues.
Well...
That's when I learned where to go.
But no one said a thing,
About where Hell is..
You have any suggestions?
Recommendations?

'First of all...
Welcome to our city.
You will find it most unique.
And I suggest,
If you really want to know more about Hell?
Take any Sunday.
Go early and sit inside that church.
And listen closely to the sermon,
That minister preaches.
With maybe a demonstration of it.'

No?
You're kidding.
Stop joking like that.

'Joking?
Enjoy your stay.
And also keep your innocence.
First as long as you can.
I don't even have memories of that to have.'

You don't?
What happened.

'I guess it was the magnificence.
The beauty and excitement.
The overwhelming uniqueness.
That left me spoiled.
And killed the thrill of it all.'

'Well...
My experience iss going to be,
Learning more about Hell.
And exploring to adventure,
All the opportunities it has for me.
Once I find where it is.
I am that determined.'

You have arrived at the right place.
There will be many,
Offering to take you on a tour.
Once with their assistance,
You begin recognizing Hell for what it is.
