Write me a letter

Write me a letter
Everyday
Make it sound better
In every way
For one ought not feel
Far away
Write me a letter calling me home.
.
Adrift a cloud
Wandering around
Pray for someone
To have me found
Hold my hand and seize me down
.
Write me a letter
As I am astray
Give me a reason
To come back home
Show me heaven
And guide me there
.
Yesterday hit a mountain
Today I'm at sea
Lost and wondering
Where tomorrow would be
.
Write me a letter
Calling me home
I long for the feeling
Of calling someone my own
And even when so
At long last, I come home
Write me a letter
Everyday
Be my love and everlasting grace
Help me feel home
In every way.
