Worthless

Fighting my pain
 hiding my tears,
my mask neither fades away
 Nor my fears ;
Fear of scary puppets
sobbing in a corner,
ignoring all these problems
 I am being a traitor ;
Voices that none of them can hear
 shadows they can't see ; whispering in my ears
 every night, they scare me ; Can't find the words to express this all,
like the tiny drops of rain
my hopes are beginning to fall ; Living in this illusion
I am tired of hallucinations,
 don't know what to tell people
 I am tired of lame explanations ; I know they think I am mad or something like that
 I know they can't hear these threats ;
 I know they think I can't hear them
I know behind these sympathetic smiles
 I am being called worthless
