The Stethoscope

Swinging around the doctor’s coat,
As he entered the farmer’s cote,
Though I don’t have eyes to see,
Yet I have always felt the patient’s plea,
On his approach the other began to scram,
Only left behind was a baby lamb,
Plucking me in and lifting the knob,
The doctor began to do his job,
While the famer controlled his herd,
Faint lub dub lub dub was what he heard,
Analysing him he said , he will be better by evening ,
The doctor told the farmer while leaving ,
You must have got what I am , I hope ,
Neither a noose , nor a rope ,
But every Doctor’s favourite sidekick , The Stethoscope.
