START WITH SILENCE

I know there's  trouble
Sorting through all the rubble
Feels like a mind tussle
Seeming words make flex your muscle
Start with silence

You went far off,
Brought down wrath
The lies never  seem to back off
Your tongue tied with all lust
Start with silence

You see far away from lost
Breaking free seems to hurt
Like a nail to the rust
Words feel like crust
Start with silence

Try to:
Calm the voices
Down the noises
Words should be choices
Don't be fast to voice it
Start with silence

Start with silence
Form an allegiance
Forget word competence
The try the dialogue
Start with silence

The guilt will curb
The pain will cut
Loath around your gut
But, in that lot
Make a wise choice
Start with silence

In silence he could heal
Make pain relieve
Help you believe
He can give you relief
Start with silence

The best you could do is making him for keeps
You know he never sleeps
He could control the creeps
And finally bring them to peace
Like bleach, give you a fresh flip
Its a journey from pain to bliss
Sometimes you could flinch
Just be still..
Allow him speak
Start with silence...

About this poem

Reading between the lines talks about an individual who realy just need to be still and rely on God to help them come out of the dark place they find themselves. Sometimes you'd want to speak to God and he still has to be the one to give you the words.
