Sad Land

Shreya Banik 2003 (Kolkata)

Sometimes I feel like a joke,
Lying in bed with lots of hope.
No one want to be with me,
No one want to talk
I hurt myself
with my expectation alert.

I felt down, I felt low
There is no hope
I understand it with sorrow.

It's ok not to be ok,
It is my inner line.
None care about
That's why Here I am
in the sad sad-land.

About this poem

I am fighting with my depression in a last pandemic. So, it is poem of my inner voice, that I want to express to the world now.
