LET IT SHINE

I'm a woman of no little worth,
A beacon light with no fault;
My light will I let to shine
Cos a stitch in time saves nine.

I'm a phenomenal maiden
More beautiful than a garden.
My career shall I gladly sign
Under the glory of my sunshine.

Look at me with a candle
And look at every angle.
Do you see how all shine
And looking very fine.

Around me is my filled library
Where knowledge is kept in gallery.
The light of learning is mine,
And I will let it shine.
