Last song

Beat beat, In silence I hear your heart,
A beautiful song I want close.
Beat beat you've lived a life of struggle yet still strong with no fear of obstacles.

Beat beat, you carried pain with a smile,
Courage in your hands,
And the blood you shed grew the roses on your nightstand.
Beat beat every morning you take a sniff of your hardwork
And sit on your throne of success with such grace and confidence
I can't help but be impressed.

Beat beat, every sound tells a different story coursing your blood
And occasionally, you let them flow out from memory cuts.
It's deep red colour was the product of the life endured
From your young days and playful nights, just like I pictured.

Beat beat, I aspired to be like you,
The best role model I've ever had.
I've always tried to bring out happiness when I'm sad,
Traded bad weathers for a smile,
And took pride in the bonds I've tied.

Beat beat, it's getting harder to hear your heart sing,
Maybe if I bring stories of mine and transfused them
It could keep your wings in.

Have you had enough of the life you lived? Done thinking of the friends you'll miss?
It's maybe selfish of me but I don't want you to leave.
With you my life got to be and without you it can never be so please stay with me.
Can you hear me? Beat.
