Forbidden Love: The Shade of Blue

Jan Mariel Sas 2001 (Parañaque City)

Blue is where sincerety lies
Known for being calmed and mild.
But Blue is not just a color in mine
Blue is she, that can't be mine.

I own the sky, she owns the sea
Her thoughts are wide and free.
Possessing an infrequent beauty
Resting at the bottom of Atlantis City.

We're both Mythological goddess
A summoner of forbidden fondness.
Zues constructed the horizon
An act of strict prohibition.

Horizon is my sister
But also a vicious traitor.
One of the pillar of Zues
Child of another hues.

I am the sky
She's the sea.
We keep staring each other
Till the life after.

The sea and me are Blue
She appreciates me more than I do.
I was caged in top of her
But she remains my greatest admirer.

The sea is too distant to reach
But we're both willing to take a breach.
She sends me parts of her: by evaporation
I gave her a unique gift: the constellation.
