CRAWLING FRIENDS...

vincent cven 2022 (onitsha)

Once upon a friend.
I once hoped for,
thought of and maybe felt
for; for her beautiful dreams
and goals.

But it was my fault that i let
her flow into the wind of no
return.

I still had another friend.
A male, we shared dreams.
Dreams to meet in the east capital,
to create and watch anime together..

And another, who got busy with study.
I remember my heart try to force on him not
as a gay but as a friend but now not anymore...

They all came and go....
but just one is left crawling by,
but without waving or saying "hi"
to me as use to.

Guess we all lose salts and it's
taste would still be left by, but it
would be less this time.

This all that sudden come to my mind.
