Provocative

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

Provocative and nonstop,
Have been to invite...
Sinister statements made these days.
With a cynic sarcasm spewed,
By those who have their opinions viewed...
As no longer appalling nor offensive too.

So difficult it is,
To defend a way of life...
That makes a dogfight,
More exciting to watch.
Than a boring chase by cops,
Running behind those dressed impressively...
With briefcases full of cash.
Stolen from the ones,
Whose lives have been trashed.
And having many made to believe,
The presence of their ethnic diversity...
Has been the cause and reason,
A quality of life to live enjoyed...
They have intentions to destroy.

Not one,
Has been targeted as a subject...
To have committed fraud.
Not one,
Has been associated...
With intentions to corrupt the laws of justice.
Not one,
Has paraded around...
With claims of being replaced.
As if Native American Indians,
Welcomed that done...
Leaving most of them,
Erased from their legitimate home base.

And here they are,
All up in everybody's face.
Incapable to appreciate a place,
Where they have been taught to teach...
A climbing on backs,
Of those deceived to have believe...
They,
And no one else...
Reflects that image of greatness as is to be!

Although...
If true,
Why is it do they feel to have a need...
To successfully prove destroying themselves,
Will accomplish this to achieve approval.
