PTSD
I have PTSD Can’t tell by looking at me Day by day I put on a show I fake a smile so noone will know I remain in silence My head replays the violence When my anger builds up I just want to fight I’ll hit & kick everything in sight I get so down that I’ll push everyone away When trying to sleep flashbacks & nightmares appear I see these visions everynight I kept my mouth shut in fear I was really attacked by one of my own & right here at home
