Light as a feather

How can I feel accomplished when my heart is so empty
So much trauma from the pass it's hard to bear
Reminded of my childhood I start to get scared
Could it be that my fears and insecurities are affecting the things I care about around me
Could it be the same people I took care of are the same people who down me could it be the one that I trusted the most stab me in the back the second I turned a new direction for the better
I got tired of carrying the weight wanted to be light as a feather
Wanted to feel love wanted to trust but where to begin me against the world will this be the end can't be my Wellness is important I know I got to get better so I tell my negative goodbye as I fly light as a feather
