I should have known

I should have known
That you don't love
I should have read
All the signs

How can I?
I was blindfolded by your love
With hopes I was in deep
And with dreams I had made up my mind
That you and I we are one

I loved you with all I had
I did all you ever asked for
Perhaps I wasn't enough
I was even there for you  through thick and thin

Maybe I was time runner
Perhaps I gave more than you deserve
With no time you left me
You leaved me all lost in your love
Like even I can't believe we can't be

I wish I had known early
That you aren't here to stay
But yet to spin my world round and vacate
I should have known that you aren't for me

Perhaps we we're meant to meet
But you were not meant to stay
I should have known
That forever doesn't exist
Only one get hurts while holding on

I should have known
