This corner; this room
This darkness; this gloom
This world; these thoughts
These people; so lost
They smile; but don’t
Their light; so gone
We live; we die
We smile; we cry
We love; we pain
Sun comes; then rain
We hope; we pray
We live day to day
We’re busy; no rest
Yet fail; no test
Never stop; keep living
Keep hope; keep giving
We slip; we fall
Hate none; love all
