Poverty

Poverty!
Everything in me it's just useless!
Every moment of my life feels helpless.
Nothing in this world felt okay and so why am I still alive , arriving in this world full of hopes and dreams but now I'm here in the streets empty handed.
Why am I being punished because I'm innocent?
The tears will dry when my coffin goes down! Like a dog I ate in those dustbins
Like an elephant I slept on those bushes
Like a bird I searched for food daily without my mother's help!
This is me cleaning people's yards inorder to live!
Why me?
