MIRANDA

You are a part of me,
My body and soul.
From the first time I held you,
Even in death
I will never let you go.
The love I have for you,
Nobody can ever top.
My arms are always open
For you,
My love will never stop.
Without you in my life,
I don't know where I would be.
Even through our hard times,
I hope you know
You can always count on me.
Watching you grow,
Through the years
And becoming a young miss.
You have brought me so much happiness
Tears,
And total bliss.
My baby girl,
My pride and joy..
Don't ever forget.
That your my reason for life,
Because of your love
I will always live.
When you smile,
It's just like sunshine.
When you laugh,
It's pure as rain.
Happiness for you I long for,
Because I hate to see you in pain.
I know at times,
I have failed you
But I have always been there.
For us unfortunately
In the past,
Life hasn't been very fair.
You make me proud,
Of who you are
And who you have become.
As an adult,
I know you will shine
And from life,
You will not run.
Always hold with you,
Your mommy's love.
Because every day,
I wake in the morning
For you,
I thank the lord above.
