Sir Robin Syndrome - Uvalde 2022

Sir Robin Syndrome
Uvalde 2022

who sacrifices any of his children to Molek is to be put to death
Leviticus 20:2-5

Gather the children for the sacrifice,
Put away their dreams and aspirations,
There is a greater need for us to prosper,
Then to pray for closure,
Honor the dead for their sacrifice,
These are the times when sacrifice is required.

Have them gather in the schools
Where there are no new lessons to learn,
Between the red covers,
The books are now blank,
The lessons ended long ago,
We have removed all they should learn;
We can ignore their pleas,
Their cries for help,
We wait until the killing is over,
Bury their lives beneath our lies,
Lies that will allow us to move on.

There is no need to change,
While we remove the vestiges of caring,
Worship our new weapons of idolatry,
Superior and unstoppable,
We must barricade ourselves within our new faith,
Our new temple of inaction.

I will be a rock of resistance,
And upon that rock the blood of sacrifice will flow,
Will save us from us, for us, and give us an alternate reality,
A faith blessed with children’s blood,
Where we are free to live without consequences,
People free with new limits and restrictions,
Incite people to violence.

Let us return to ancient ways,
To know and accept the call to sacrifice,
Gather the high priests in their long black robes
To sanctify the sacrifice,
To burn the incense swung carefully around the caskets,
Secured in our righteousness.
