A place to Sleep

I sit alone in this darkened room,
I check the clock, it's only noon.
Yet, thoughts persist, so relentless,
What can I do to finally end this?
The demons bang against the door,
The window's locked but they want more.
Each piece they chip away from me,
Takes me further from sanity.
The darkness it seems is all I have,
No hand of God for me to grab.
The voices yelling outside the door,
Shall haunt me now forevermore.
