The World Today

Looking at the world
Standing in dismay
Seeing all the pain and anguish
At wish all we can do is pray

People make their differences
An issue in their mind
But leave out the one similarity
We're all in a race called humankind

War has always been an issue
In our world past and present
But if it does not slow down now
Our world will become simply a dent

A dent with no happiness
That no one can ever change
Because we'veve already done our damage
Which the unpleasantness is at a great range
