A Love Ballade to you

The moon beamed beautiful tonight.
As I looked at her in awe,
I can't help but to compare her beauty to yours.
For your beauty was immeasurable against her.
Because unlike her your beauty went far deeper than the golden complextion of  your skin.

Even deeper than those honey pools you call your eyes.
Those eyes that made the stars seem insignificant...
They had fire in them that danced everytime you spoke about your passions.
But to me I found beauty in the way you found beauty in the small things
of life.
How you were so at peace to the simplest things of life.
You beamed peace to my restless soul.
You became a home
Your arms became the place where peace was a sure thing.
You made me feel loved..
Something none else has ever given me...
To me you are beautiful because of the fairness of your soul.
And how your laughter captured my attention from across any room.
How your smile became my favorite art piece.
That had a way to brighten up my dark and gloomy days..
Although
You have a darkness as the moon does, that made me stood in awe,
it made every part of me love you more..
Because finally I wasn't alone anymore, you made me feel less alone in the dark corners of my mind.
For your darkness invited mine to dance in the craters of your heart.
Loving mine as if it was your own
Mine darkness grew to love yours
As certain things should be loved in the dark with care and gentle touch..
And somehow I fell into the void of you.
No matter how restless I become you always find a way to tame them.
When sadness rushed over my cheeks you only press me to your chest and let your heart sing a lullaby to me.
You motivated me to be the best version of me..
But mostly you made me feel worthy.
In you I found my forever, my home and the one I was looking for through all my heart breaks.

So every night the moon comes and sits on my windowsill. She listens with glee of all the tales I tell of you.  Of how I hope to spend the rest of my life next to you.
Or how I much I love you with every fibre in me..
The moon listens to it all
And even though she envies your beauty, she can't help but to smile down at me..
Because
For once I loved something more than her..
And finally I understood the love she had for the sun..
I finally had something almost like their love...
