At 17.

Sadie Jane 2005 (California)

She was only 17,
And she always will be.
Today, tomorrow, and forever.

Etched in our hearts,
written in ink,
loud, bold, and never forgotten.

She will dance through meadows,
and fields of flowers.
She'll reminisce the days,
at the top of the towers.

But her heart won't beat
the way it used to,
when she was 17.
