Heaven Bound

Candice Sapp 1982 (Morgantown West Virginia)

You'll never get to heaven,
With your feet on the ground,
Because it's all smoke and mirrors,
Til the walls come tumbling down,
Did you ever stop to wonder,
If theirs a reason you can't find,
To the pain in your heart,
And the weight on your mind,
You've got to just slow down,
To let yourself breathe,
Let your angels hold you,
While your demons leave,
Be open, to all,
Of the good that lies ahead,
To fill up your empty heart,
And To empty your full head,
Without taking the time,
Just to, again, find yourself,
You'll remain, a prisoner,
To your suffering mental health,
So step on forwards,
And face the rising sun,
Your journey, to become you again,
Has only just begun....

A loving mother of a beautiful 18 year old daughter named Ariel. I love my daughter's laugh. Her laugh makes my day light up like a kid on Christmas morning. I love this girl so much. Xoxo more…
