Mind-full

Thoughts after thoughts
I am wandering in the desert
so many ideals and concepts
stuck in my head
none have received public appearance

depression is the state of the mind
I feel stuck and glued
many years of planning and preparations
still my intellect
has not been given any recognition
not even a page of my thought has been reviewed
still dreaming rather than gain

I have known for long
that the tunnel is not always straight
that the light could easily be seen so far away
but the truth is
being in this dark curve
is unbelievable blinding and uninspiring

words after words
line by line
page after page
I have written
the furnace of the sun is still burning my desires
the cross road is the toughest place to be
I am drowning in my own sea

When will my time come!

About this poem

An unfulfilled heart I deep thought grieving and wondering when he will be accepted and recognise.
