Bandaids

I’m Sorry is like the bandaid for a broken heart
It helps at first,
making you believe the cut can truly be healed

Then movement throughout the day causes the bandaid to crust
You take it off,
But you were only given one i’m sorry

So your cut now exposed, oozes out infection
Infection that spread throughout your body
Maybe if only you had another I’m Sorry
