Confident Boss or Arrogant Leader

Whether or not, I am the boss
I am a fixture in the office, top class!

Giving opinions & insights, sounds like me
My colleagues value my advice, with faith on me
People don’t think, I am a great leader
But I do have good ideas, of which I can be a feeder

Whenever someone messes up,
I am the first one helping for a thing
They look at me as a knowledgeable resource
& as if I excel in everything
People soliciting my insight, respecting my ideas & views
Look up to me for guidance, not just some meows

My higher ups neglecting me mostly, is fine
Its not the best feeling though, but probably a good sign
Of my bosses assessing me, how proactive & self-starting I am
And their estimating me as a future leader, not a boss, I can

Admin, account, store, or arts; they find me apt everywhere   
Orator, teacher; more than technical, they feel me even a curator
But I want to be a confident, humble boss; a good idea feeder
For no one wants to take orders from an arrogant & unsure leader!
