Mirages

My life is a blur, full of people but empty as  fu*k,

Shallow waters surround me everywhere while I am starving for a long found depth.

Fifteen years counted in this misery yet only I got is relationships which weren't meant to be.

So many people who were important to me, don't even stand in my contact list.

Years and years gone along, only to find at last that only few do stand by me.

Each year the count of friendship bands lessened, and each year someone betrayed me like a blessing.

Only to find at the end that only a few mattered at last.

I realized, I recognized what matters to me is just my life.
