Resillience Personified

I'd rather be the tree of an independent tribe

That persevered fought struggled yet thrived
Through pain and suffering somehow survived
Doing what it must, to stay alive

Glad I'm not that tree with rich soil you see
Because whatever trials came through might have plucked me up easily.
Tossed me to and fro and weakened me, probably withered and died through adversity.

Yeah, that wouldn't be the life for me.
Circumstances makes us who we are apparently

No doubt,
Struggles one holds inside
And unseen tears that cried

Trickles down to its very core
Adding to its will to endure
And the universe must stand aside

And give you what your heart desires

About this poem

It's about never giving up always stay and fight
