Hours of Spring

The weather outside today is beautiful
So I grabbed my shoes and ball and went to play
Next we collected acorns, nice and peaceful
I let the wind gather them to take away
The day stayed calm and the moments were not dull
I wished time would freeze so the weather could stay
The hours of spring are not one to forget
April, May, and June are my favorite yet.
