Permit me

aeeshaabba 2002 (Kano)

Permit me to inhale the air you breathe
Swallowed and inhaled it to my lungs’s deepest depth
To breath with so much love
Now it’s ticking my heart and my mind
It keeps humming a song of love and being kind
Wanting to be the best, the most clever
My true desire was wining forever
It’s better for me to keep trying
Deep inside my heart it’s just drying
What will I gain with crying
Even if I keep losing
My love for you would still be growing
As long as I keep living
I won’t stop loving
