Love at First Sight

Blank verse
It was really the first sight that caught me off guard.
Not the pinky lips,
Nor the reddened cheeks.
No, it was simply those pretty eyes.

I thought of coming over to where you stood,
But my legs wouldn't move,
My mouth, bewildered, went ajar,
Like the rain, I already fell for you.

It was really that first sight,
I wish, you could, in this world be my beautiful moonlight.
