Girl Search

Free verse
I went around the world searching for a girl,
It's just so many of them I don't know how to choose,
I ran across the one I thought was just so perfect,
And then I saw I was all wrong an began to cry,
Until some girl wrote me one day an proved to be the perfect one,
It shocked me round up and down that love found me in the coals!

About this poem

A boy who put so much energy into finding the perfect girl to only realize true love comes with time an patience no force needed.
