Dead of Night

Jay Ghar 1992 (Cebu)

Calm yourself
Pain will go away
When sorry is the hardest thing to say Pride wins all the way
I say bad, you say worst
Dreadful word, deadly line and desperate move
Makes it a dark, devastated dead of night. How I wish this is untrue
Just need to click the reset butto
And boom! Here you go
I should not have said those words to you Nor you should have uttered those words to me
Because in this battle between you and me We both lost and happiness was taken away.

About this poem
