Beware Of The Petty Criminal

So busy focused on the achievement of my goals in life, I had no real time to focus on pettiness. After looking back, I noticed there have been petty criminals that have crossed my path noticed and unnoticed. Some of these crimes are noticed quickly and some long after the crime has been committed. The effects can be subtle or devastating.
Some criminals have come back to the crime scene. Some would like to come back, but I won't let them.
Some never left.
Some of these crimes are so small, they are not on the books.
Some the statues of limitation have passed.
Some you want to forget to go on with your life but you can't forget to save your life.
Some you can't report because you know it was an inside job and you know who did it so you act like you don't know because exposing them would end what is  left of the relationship.
I find a relationship without trust is no relationship at all.
Petty criminals seem to feel they can move around unnoticed in society.
Society only feels the activity is a concern when it is habitual. At that time strict discipline is applied. By that time the behavior is so deep rooted in person, it is now a part of their personality.
The criminal objective is achieved through trust.           Once the victim has been violated, trust is lost never again to be regained so new victims are sought.
Some I have not met yet have their casing eyes  on me and you plotting their next mode of operation to strike.
