The Failed BBQ

Nice sunny day  

Summer hooray

Burgers and hotdogs  

Singing all night long

There is going to be a BBQ today  

 

With food over there  

Just grab me a chair

And grill me up some food  

With air so hot

I sit and I rot  

 

So, there I get up  

And then I just clutch

My scooter in my hand  

I go on a ride

Only fun on my mind

 

I go up a hill and like jack and like jill

My only idea is down  

So, there I go

But I just go slow

I must clear a path

 

The second time I went so fast

I trip and I fall on my head  

With blood gushing out

I look all about  

My neighbor says there is a hole in my head

 

So, I am in a hospital bed

With a hole in my head

The BBQ ruined  

Because of me  

But thanks to my dad the schedule was replanned  

The BBQ will be tomorrow
