Let me live!

Dania Khan 2001 (Shorkot)

Let me live,

Let me breathe.

There's a chaos in my mind,

Give me some relief.

People are always hurting,

But why do I believe.

I am not wrong always,

There can be other ways.

From which you can think,

You just need to blink.

The path is straight,

You walk, it will make you feel great.

Only the thing I demand,

Please give me little command.

Let me live,

Let me breathe.

About this poem

I wrote this poem myself when I was at my lowest. It is about a girl who wants a little space because she is dealing with many things right now.
