Innocence

Innocence

No joy
making its way
through the Norris house.
This live has became a living hell
There is no Christmas cheer.

Walking around with no hope.
dead inside
wanting to know why.

How could this happen?
Everything stopped
dead in its tracks.
We were all upset
confused. Grandma got sent
to the hospital the day before.
The next week we put
her in a nursing home
I was moving my dad
out to his new house.
Down In a slump,

nowhere to go.
Where do we go
to get out of this slump?
  Feeling empty Inside with nothing.
 Who can help me gain
 feeling again? Nowhere to run
from the pain. Living in a hell
