Free verse
Kill the governing
They're hypocrites!
Selling out citizens
Getting rich meanwhile,
Suffering we are
Deep-in poor,
Smelling like poverty...
Their colognes full
Filled with blood.
They cover themselves,
Well, not enough
I see through.
Mercy left beside
I stand, within
Revenous vengeful wolves
Seeking their flesh.
Like lustful lions
Hunting the cubs,
They slaughter all.
Meantime we kneel
Enough Now!
Now we kill.

About this poem

This poem exposes the betrayal of the governments over their citizens, the betrayal of those siting in power only to feed themselves and not to feed the nation. It exposes the cause of civil unrest and what leads to civil wars in Africa.
