Blackness

There's blackness all around me!
I talk to my friend,
But he's not there.
He wants to take me out,
But all i want is forever sleep.
I long for Blackness.
I want to enter,
But something stops me at the edge.
My body starts to enter,
And slips into numbness,
Then my friend pulls me out.
All I want is a forever sleep and Blackness.
It looks so nice,
Worry and stress free - just what I want,
But I can't have it.
All I have (and all i can see),
Is a life without hope.
I can't cry,
I can't love,
and i can't be a friend.
What good am I then?
The Blackness will give me what I want,
And yet I can't have that either.
Please leave me alone and let me go to sleep, Forever.
I just want the Eternal Blackness!
Good Bye!
