The definition of a Woman

Audrey Holden 1958 (South Carolina)

What's the definition of  a woman do you want to hear it from the dictionary term? or you want to hear it from the biological term?

Give a moment, let me think about what the definition should be.

Because, is it the woman in you, is it the woman in others or is it the woman in me.

No matter how you say it no one woman is the same, for that reason trying to give a definition of woman is hard to explain.

I call myself a woman but do you  even really care it could be in the way I walk,  the way I talk, or maybe that way I comb my hair.

No, matter how you describe a woman she will always be different inside, as she holds her head up high with respect, dignity and pride.

When you ask a definition of a woman, look into the mirror and tell me what you see.

Because the same woman that's looking at you won't be the same one that's looking back at me.

I'm really thinking about the definition of a woman as hard as I can. But it will take me a while and although you might listen closely as I speak, I don't think you'll ever really want understand.
