HARD NUT —Emmadem Terh.

So strong like a kernel nut
Repeatedly one hits it
Hitting with the stone of patience
How long does not matter
Gradually the shell cracks
Oh! The fruit so sweet and soft
Savouring it now with relish

Desiring even for more of the nuts to crack
This is the nature of some poems
Not easy to comprehend at a glance
Eventually a persistent mind accesses it
Don't drop your stone of persistence.
