Loud thoughts

Tonight I’m empty
and over flowing
with tears.

I can’t move
anymore,
depression
and mania
are my friends
I hold near
and dear.

Who do I ask
for help?
Deaf ears, to all…
Beautifully trying
to breathe
after death.  
I learned death is
love after all.

I bowed at her fear,
but did it exist?
Poisonous delusions
Try to drive me
to slit wrist

There is no hope for me
I’m sure to get mad
at nothing.
My imagination plays
the insecurity
of worldly
mental judgement.

The flowers of life
don’t look so
beautiful now  
we all connect
as one
including the dark side
from way down....
