EbbTide

Ebb Tide
By Val Leah Clark

Over the lonesome valley flows a river of
sorrow
All the tears will be over on the morrow
Love is
But love isn't
Time has nothing
Nothing has time
Endless and fearless go the years
Washed away are all the fears
Happy to have loved
Sorry to have lost
Ah beautiful it was
And sad, sad it is
But you are what is
myself is free
like the wind
Like the sea
