Infamous Thoughts

Take Your Million Dollar Shot
Just to pry inside my mind
Where demons don't dance & play anymore
But have me seek to never find
I shattered my rearview mirror
Just to leave what's left behind
Don't tell my deepest darkest secrets
So there ain't no telling time
Keep reaching out to empty spaces
I should have been a pro-mime
Addicted to breaking hearts
So I plead guilty to my crime
No winter; This world is sour
No ice cubes; Just a lime
Faith went from a nickel
To the size of a dime
Cursed with a little rhythm
Blessed with how to rhyme
Nocturnal to the darkness
Sun, please show me how to shine
My luck tends to spill
Dumped left to burn and fry
My momma always says "Kayla, you dont need a guy"
They tend to twist your world up
Like a knot you cant untie
The night i felt most alive
Was the day i dreamed i died
Whoever said one sides greener
Ya, I think they lied.
