Letting Go

Shantay A Wicklander 1985 (Seattle)

We hold onto what we think we want but until we learn to let go we will never know what we truly need.

Part of healing is letting go. Letting go of the past, letting go of the future you planned and refocusing yourself on this very moment.

Letting go is difficult is not meant for the weak because when we let go, we let go of pieces that mean the most to us.

Letting go challenges our own perspective however letting go also reveals a new point of view on life.

We can't heal until we first learn to let go.
