Letter to My Dog Mambo

You do not say much, but I still understand
I still don't know how that feeling of being owned feels like
That feeling where you got to be submissive
That feeling where you got to be loyal
I don't know if you stress about the future like I do
I do stress about our future, whether I am going to be good for you or not
You make me feel warm and loved unconditionally
I am still learning to love unconditionally like you do
You just love despite the appearance
You don't ask for more, you are content with what's there
I don't want to tie you down, but I know you will not leave me alone
